EP sets up the JV in Thailand

EP and its former Thailand Distributor GeTeCe successfully signed an operation agreement at end of Oct 2015, to set up joined venture GTM in Bangkok, Thailand. The JV has been quietly and successfully operating for over a month now, with smooth kick off for the entire team. EP owns 70% share of the JV thus make the company become a direct factory affiliate, to provide quality localized products and services. While GTM still owns 30% of the JV share and was able to shift the entire resource of former GeTeCe mechanical department into the JV, to ensure that the JV continue to operate smoothly. “We believe, by setting this JV, we will have better understanding regarding the SEA market, and to continue EP’s strategy of globalizing and localizing at the same time”, says Mr.Jinhui He, President of EP Equipment Group.
