How about rail guidance?
Technically, we can do it and have done it in some countries. You can drive and lift at the same time. In Europe, there are some regulations on how wide an aisle should be and how much space you should need. If the JX1 or the JX0 are allowed to be in narrow aisles with rail guidance remains to be discussed. More research is needed like what is your local regulations. We have the parts available to make rail guidance.
Visibility is limited when backing up. Is there a solution?
It depends on the application. In general, these trucks are made to drive forwards. It is alo very flexible to turn around on a spot. Or you can choose the JX0 that has the perfect visibility. If you need to drive in backwards direction, there is a clear view window to look through the mast. And you have no forks sticking out which increases safety compared to conventional vertical order pickers.
Are there any attachments for the platform available?
There are different requirements for this kind of equipment. For example, if you want a bit longer tray in front of them, it is available as a factory option. Note that it can change the capacity. A roll-out bed or a roller bed in front of the driver are possible options which have been done locally. We are always thankful for feedback on possible solutions. For bigger projects we can discuss what we can do from factory side.
What is Max picking height available on JX0 & JX1?
If you add a persons normed picking height (1.6 meters) + the height of the platform, the JX0 is 4.6 meters picking height (3 meters platform height plus 1.6 meters). And the JX1 is 6.5 meters picking height ( 4.9 meters standing height plus 1.6 meters).
Do you have any load calculation Chart JX0 & JX1?
The trucks are equipped with a specific load chart. You can find more details in the data sheet on our website. The rated capacity of the front tray on the JX0 is 90 kilograms. The rated capacity on the operator department is 130 kilograms. The rated capacity on the tray of the JX1 is 227 kilograms for lifting height up to 3600mm, at 4880mm it is 72kg.
Can the in front trays move up and down?
The JX0 standard has electrically powered tray that you can move up and down. (on competitor trucks this is an option, with EP it is included in the price). The tray on the JX1 is fixed and can’t move.
What is a braking system?
Both JX0 and JX1 have electromagnetic braking system.
Is it a built-in charger system?
Yes , the JX0 has a built-in charger system both for AGM and Lithium-ion battery; the JX1 also has a built-in charger system for AGM battery, the lead-acid battery comes with external charger.
What is the advantage of AGM Battery?
The biggest advantage is that you can charge whenever you want. Plus, it’s maintenance free. It’s a compact battery with simple technology we use in the 15ET pallet trucks and the ES10 stackers.
For those who prefer more performance and more power on the JX0, we offer a lithium-ion battery, with which you can do faster charging. And the lifetime of the battery is much longer.
Most people choose AGM on the JX1. For applications where it is used more intensively, it’s worthwhile to consider different battery options. For example, for the JX1 we can fit a traditional lead-acid battery with external charger.
So consider the battery that you need for your machine very well. An AGM battery will save you money. But the lifetime of the battery is shorter.
Li-ion is available on request for the JX1.
What are the working hours of JX0 and JX1 on single charge?
It depends on application. You have different battery options for different kinds of applications. Contact with your salesperson for further discussion.
All trucks have the possibility for opportunity charging, JX0 with li ion has very fast opportunity charging. JX1 also offers the option of side battery exchange, but in case that is needed it is more worthwhile to check the li-ion option.
Can the side guard be lowered or opened when the operator pick up goods?
No, it’s not safe. You should stay within the barriers of the truck instead of bending over it heavily. This is the safest way to operate, whether it’s the JX0 or JX1.
JX0 – If there are any obstacle falling on low platform, and how to lower down the driver for safety if lowering function is blocked?
There is a manual lowering valve at the rear of the truck that you can push and turn to lower the truck platform slowly. Or you can just remove the obstacles.
Does it need a super flat floor or average floor is acceptable?
Any floor condition can do. The trucks drive like a stacker. Just note the safety, the floor should not tilt and tip the truck
Can the platform step in be lower?
Due to the chassis underneath the truck, there’s not much lower you can go with the floor. Other machines in the market are pretty similar to ours or higher step-in. From the test of the logisticsinside.eu magazine, you can see we have the best truck in the market. You can get out from the back with the JX0 and get out from the side with the JX1. You need to check what fits best to your application. But the JX0 is the standard in the market for this type of machines now.
Will there be any new additions to the JX series soon?
Yes, there will be an addition to the JX1. This development comes from our United States operations. There was a request for more power, which mainly meant faster driving and lifting. So there will be like a power-up version of the JX1 probably after 2021.
How about JX2-3?
The JX2-3 is not a CE compliant machine. The truck is completely legal and allowed in many countries. But in Europe, the JX2-3 is not sold because they don’t comply to the European safety regulations. The need for these trucks in the European market is not as high as in other markets. So we decide not to test it on CE compliance. The JX2-3 is available outside of Europe. The JX0 and the JX1 are available within the European Union. Those trucks have been tested and approved by us and an external organization.
