Return & Refund Policy

At EP Equipment, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If, however, you need to return a product, please follow our return policy outlined below to ensure a smooth process. Please note that this return policy applies only to end-user online purchases.

1. Initiating a Return

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 7 working days of receiving the product.
  • Contact: To initiate a return, please contact EP Equipment customer service by phone or email.
  • Approval: Your return request must be approved by EP Equipment before you can return the product. We will provide you with a reference number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product Condition: The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused and with no recorded operational hours, and in its original, unaltered packaging.
  • Accessories and Documentation: All accessories, manuals, and original documentation must be included.
  • Invoice: The original purchase invoice must accompany the product.

3. Shipping and Packaging Costs

  • Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs associated with returning the product. This includes any costs related to the packaging and transport of the returned product back to EP Equipment and any subsequent reshipment.

4. Inspection and Refund

  • Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, EP Equipment will inspect the item to ensure all return conditions have been met.
  • Non-Compliance: If any condition is not met, the refund will be rejected, and EP Equipment will notify you via email or phone.
  • Refund Process: If the return is accepted, EP Equipment will issue a refund (excluding original shipping, packaging, and logistics costs) within one month of receiving the returned product.

5. Options After Return Approval

Once your return has been approved by EP Equipment, you have the following options:

  • Exchange: You may choose to exchange the returned product for another product.
  • Refund: You may opt for a refund, which will be processed as per the terms above.
  • Credit Note: Alternatively, you can choose to receive a credit note for future purchases.
