The CQD18S2 delivers powerful performance, with lifting and lowering speeds of up to 0.5m/s, offering a 25% improvement over the CQD15S. It easily handles demanding ramps thanks to the max gradeability of 14%. The CQD18S2 offers the dual-speed lifting mode for flexible stacking requirements. With the reach distance of 760mm, it enables efficient pallet handling without repeatedly repositioning the truck, making it ideal for modern warehouse operations.

The CQD18S2 features a flexible linkage suspension system that connects the drive and balance wheels, ensuring smoother movement and more stable turns. The electric power steering delivers effortless maneuvering with right road feedback and the turn speed control automatically slow down the truck when cornering, which ensures driver’s control and safety even in tight spaces.

The open cabin design with semi-surrounding protection ensures easy access in and out. The spacious operator area, paired with a soft backrest, provides full comfort during operation. The two ergonomically-positioned assist grips ensure operator stability even during acceleration, enhancing focus and precise control. Additionally, the overhead guard and mast crossbeam are angled, with integrated hoses and chains alignment replacing lateral hard pipes. It expands the field of view by 35% compared to the CQD15S and offer improved visibility for both safety and productivity.

The battery is connected to the mast using a hook-and-link mechanism, allowing easy mast-assisted extraction for quick maintenance or replacement. The regenerative braking system recovers energy during operation, storing it back into the battery to extend its runtime.

For operations in low-temperature environments, the CQD18S2 offers cold storage option. Featuring cold-optimized structure and components, it ensures reliable performance even in freezing conditions.
