Designed for high-speed, long-distance transport, the ZPL201 is a 2.0-ton Li-ion seated pallet truck built to maximize throughput. With a 8km/h speed and optional 2400mm forks, it efficiently handles up to three pallets simultaneously. Features like the multi-functional joystick, force-feedback steering, and a suspension seat ensure precise control and fatigue-free operation in demanding environments.
The seated ZPL201 features a 4kW AC drive motor and delivers a high travel speed of 8km/h and powerful acceleration, reducing long-distance cycle times. With optional forks up to 2400mm, it can transport two to three pallets at once for maximized throughput. The strong workhorse is engineered to fulfill individual operator and workplace needs.
Strong Performance and Efficiency
The ZPL201 features the force-feedback steering wheel, providing a good sense of directional control for confident maneuvering. The multi-functional joystick offers intuitive operation, including forward/reverse travel, lifting/lowering, and horn, and an optional proportional lifting function is available for further precision. Besides, the standard OPS and automatic turn speed control ensure operational safety.
Intuitive and Precise Control
The ZPL201's standard 48V/150Ah Li-ion battery delivers longer run times, zero maintenance and no gas release during charging. Its integrated charger allows for flexible and rapid opportunity charging during breaks for a continuous workflow. For more intensive applications, ZPL201 can be equipped with more powerful battery (48V/205Ah) an external charging socket, enabling fast and safe charging through the optional three-phase external charger.

The ZPL201 is equipped with an adjustable, shock-absorbing suspension seat to accommodate operators of different sizes and provide a smooth ride. Plus a comfortable foam backrest and a spacious operator compartment, the ZPL201 ensures a fatigue-free experience.

This Li-Ion workhorse can be equipped battery up to 48V – 205Ah, fast external chargers USB interface and an A4 or A3 paper folder, convenient for daily material handling.
