What has been your main motivation to join EP?

I am excited with the prospect of working on innovative products with less complexity at EP. Before joining EP, I was presented a very clear vision about the product, expectations and future goals. This clarity and having had opportunity to meet some team member made me confident of joining EP.

Which product do you find most interesting, and what do you want other people to know about this product?

It has to be XP15. The most simple, non-complex, effective and easy & fast installed Automated guided vehicle (AGV) in the market in my perspective. Less investment and higher output.

How do you think EP Equipment compares to other equipment in the material handling market?

The Non complexity of the products, eye towards providing the best customer service and super experienced & great EP TEAM.

What previous experiences do you have with AMR?

Before joining EP, I was working on AMR implementation projects for last 1.5 years. Apart from multiple project, one of the most challenging yet satisfying experience was implementing 299 AMR at a single location for one of largest logistics service provider in Europe.

In your opinion, what makes the XP15 unique?

XP 15 is a stand-alone concept which automates pallet movement and can be used in different industry. XP15 doesn’t require any additional investment from customers on IT infrastructure or changes to building setup. The implementation of a XP15 can be done in 1 day.

What hobbies do you have, and how do you spend your weekends?

I like to travel and explore place, culture and cuisine. During the weekends, I meet friends, cooking together, listening to music and relaxing.

What is your biggest wish for your first year at EP?

I would like to work closely with the team to develop the product more based on customer requirements, work towards the goal of making XP15 implementation DIY for the customers and most importantly enjoy the process & learn with the TEAM.
