Application
With the compact structure, CQD16L/20L is the perfect tool for transportation and high lifting operation in medium to large warehouses, regardless of wide or narrow-aisle racking settings. CQD16L/20L is of tremendous help when material handling involves numerous movements at height storage and in confine buildings for industries such as logistics, textile and home appliance manufacturing.
Features
CQD16L and CQD20L are powered by maintenance-free 48V/405Ah Li-Ion batteries that provide opportunity charging. They can be charged up to 7% in 10 Minutes. Productivity can be boosted during short breaks. They also communicate via Can-Bus with the truck to ensure efficient usage of the truck at all times.
OPTIMAL VISIBILITY
A much more compact li-ion battery comes with better visibility for CQD16L/20L. Along with the offset layout of the oil tubes, CQD16L/20L stacking visibility and operation flexibility are greatly improved.
HIGH STABILITY
The low center of gravity and the newly I-beam mast design enhance truck stability. CQD20L is able to be fully loaded even at the lifting height of 6.5m while that of CQD16L is 5m.
ENJOYABLE LIFTING OPERATION
CQD16/20L offers powerful performance and quiet operation through the upgraded hydraulic pumps and powerful lifting motors of 11.75 kW from CQD16L and 20 kW from CQD20L. The upgraded technology greatly boosts stacking efficiency by 50%, reduces operation noise by 10 dB and the energy consumption by 30%.
EASY AND PRECISE OPERATION
CQD20L is equipped with a mechanic height indicator, that tells operators the correct height of the fork at various rack levels for the precise operation to improve the stacking efficiency.
