A Global Community Growing Faster Than Ever

The year began with a powerful symbol of EP’s rising global influence: 25,000 followers on LinkedIn, celebrated on January 7. But this was only the beginning. By June, the EP community grew to 30,000, and in November, we surpassed 40,000 followers, becoming the fastest-growing material handling manufacturer on the platform.

This growth reflects more than numbers: it represents trust, engagement, and a global movement toward smarter, more sustainable material handling solutions. It also underscores the strength of the EP network: partners, customers, dealers, and innovators who believe in shaping the industry through collaboration and continuous improvement.

Breakthrough Product Innovations: High Voltage, Automation, and the Green Revolution

High-Voltage Series: Power Reimagined

In January, EP introduced its most ambitious lineup yet: the 4- to 25-ton High-Voltage Series. Delivering significant improvements in speed, gradeability, and lifting performance, the HV range proved that electric forklifts can replace and surpass traditional IC trucks, even in demanding environments such as steel mills and construction sites.

The launch signaled a new era: heavy-duty electrification is here, and EP is driving the shift.

Automation for Everyone: XP15 & EXP15

2025 was the year automation became accessible.

The EXP15, the world’s first automatic pallet truck, captured global attention – from Riyadh to Stuttgart – and later earned EP the prestigious IFOY Award 2025 in the Warehouse Trucks Category. Meanwhile, the XP15 multifunctional pallet truck continued to gain traction across Europe, showing companies how simple, scalable automation can transform workflows.

From demo days in Antwerp and Poland to large-scale showcases at LogiMAT, XP15 and EXP15 marked a turning point: automation no longer belongs to the few — it belongs to everyone.

EP Green Range: Sustainability, Simplified

One of the most transformative launches came in April with EP Green — Lithium for Everyone.
This initiative introduced a new category built on remanufactured trucks, giving old diesel forklifts a second life as lithium-powered machines.

It wasn’t just a product launch – it was a statement of purpose.
Each remanufactured 3-ton truck saves 6,900 kg of CO₂, offering businesses a cost-effective way to reduce emissions without sacrificing performance.

New Warehouse Solutions

Throughout the year, EP expanded its portfolio with forward-thinking solutions, from powerful stackers and reach trucks to compact pallet transport solutions engineered for precision and agility. These additions reflected EP’s mission-driven design philosophy: performance, simplicity, and serviceability, tailored for the evolving demands of modern warehouses.

Global Recognition and Industry Leadership

2025 brought major validation of EP’s technological direction.

The IFOY Award win for the EXP15 was a milestone that underscored EP’s ability to democratize automation and introduce solutions designed for real-world scalability. The company was also proud to be featured in the 2024 and 2025 STIQ AGV & AMR Robotics Reports, recognized as a growing influence in the global robotics and automation landscape.

As the STIQ Report noted:
“Customers who dismissed us two years ago because they needed a higher level autonomous solution now come back and say, I think we like a simple solution.”

Financial Milestones: A Record-Breaking IPO Performance

EP’s listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in December 2024 paved the way for one of the most impactful financial narratives in the industry.

Just one month after the IPO, EP’s share price had climbed 69%, and by mid-February it marked an 83% increase, reaching a valuation of around $2 billion USD.

The market response confirmed what partners worldwide already knew:

EP Around the World: A Year of Events, Exhibitions & Customer Engagement

EP’s global footprint was more visible than ever in 2025, with the company taking center stage at major trade shows and industry gatherings across every continent. From the vibrant atmosphere of Handling Expo in Riyadh to the bustling halls of SITL in Paris and the dynamic energy of Intermodal in São Paulo, each event created new opportunities to connect directly with customers, partners, and industry leaders. Visitors experienced EP’s innovation firsthand – testing high-voltage forklifts, exploring next-generation pallet trucks, and engaging with automation solutions that are redefining modern operations.

Among these events, LogiMAT 2025 stood out as a defining moment. EP delivered its largest showcase to date, welcoming hundreds of visitors at peak times and filling the booth with the energy of live demonstrations, technical discussions, and hands-on programming of the EXP15. The three-day event captured the excitement surrounding EP’s innovation and cemented the company’s influence in the European market.

Throughout the year, whether in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, or South America, EP’s participation in these global exhibitions reinforced a powerful message: innovation becomes meaningful when it is shared, tested, and experienced together. Every show strengthened relationships and opened doors to new opportunities.

Major Innovation Events: The 629 Launch & 11.11 Global Dealer Event

In July, the 629 Innovation Launch Conference brought together more than 1,200 dealers to experience the debut of EP’s next-generation forklifts, high-voltage models, and new warehousing concepts. The event blended technology and creativity, featuring man–machine performances and interactive sessions designed to spark new ideas and strengthen the global network.

Later in the year, the 11.11 Global Dealer Event delivered EP’s largest gathering yet. Over 500 partners from more than 70 countries visited the Hubei manufacturing base to witness the launch of the EFL PRO series, explore new robotics solutions, and take part in factory tours that showcased EP’s casting and remanufacturing capabilities. From bike races to drone shows lighting up the night sky, the event celebrated EP’s culture of innovation, teamwork, and global unity.

Opening of EP’s Automation HQ in Europe

A major milestone in EP’s automation journey unfolded in September with the opening of the new Automation HQ in Cologne. Over the course of two immersive days, the facility welcomed 150 guests from across Europe – including end users, integrators, solution providers, and dealers – creating an atmosphere that felt both visionary and collaborative.

Attendees moved through a series of hands-on demo stations showcasing EP’s full automation ecosystem, from the simple and scalable EXP15 to the advanced capabilities of the new XQE automated reach stacker. Demonstrations of EP’s DAS system, digital twin simulations, and 3D scanning technology revealed how warehouses can be optimized with greater precision and new levels of data-driven insight.

More importantly, the event delivered a clear message: every business can begin its automation journey today, whether starting with small steps or building toward sophisticated systems. EP’s role is to guide that journey with practical solutions that scale.

Empowering Dealers and Partners Through Training

Throughout the year, EP strengthened its global network by investing deeply in partner education and technical expertise. Across Europe and beyond, offices, distribution centers, and showrooms were transformed into dynamic training environments where technicians could learn through direct interaction with real machines.

In Germany, partners gathered at the Cologne headquarters to explore high-voltage forklifts, smart pallet trucks, and the broader product portfolio, gaining practical experience that reinforced their understanding of product performance and serviceability. Similar initiatives took place in Belgium, where French-speaking technicians participated in detailed sessions covering the EFL series and lithium battery technology. In the UK, multi-day workshops brought together several dealer teams for in-depth training on telematics, EP Care, and after-sales best practices.

These sessions did more than build technical expertise – they created an environment where partners and EP teams could collaborate, exchange insights, and strengthen the shared commitment to customer success.

Digitalisation Made Simple: The EP CARE App 

The launch of the EP CARE App marked an important step forward in making service management more intelligent and more intuitive. Designed as a digital companion for technicians and dealers, the app consolidates troubleshooting tools, product documentation, and guided repair support into a single, user-friendly interface.

Its AI Technician offers round-the-clock assistance in multiple languages, creating an accessible knowledge base that helps users diagnose issues swiftly and confidently. Combined with telematics integration, the app allows teams to monitor fleet conditions, access service histories, and make data-informed decisions that improve uptime and extend equipment lifespan.

More than a technological upgrade, EP CARE reflects the company’s long-term strategy: creating practical digital solutions that simplify operations and empower those who support customers on a daily basis.

A Commitment to Sustainability

Sustainability remained a core pillar of EP’s vision throughout 2025, guiding innovation and shaping the company’s approach to product development and manufacturing. The launch of the EP Green Range illustrated this commitment in its most impactful form: remanufactured forklifts that replace diesel engines with lithium power, extending the life of existing machines while significantly reducing environmental impact.
