What matters is profession and resilience.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technical support is about much more than fixing machines &#8212; it is about building trust, empowering customers, and creating systems that work across cultures and continents. In 2022, when we launched our European AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) projects, May stepped up to take full ownership of after-sales support &#8211; from on-site implementation to approving every software update before deployment. she proved that technical expertise is the universal language of leadership. In Europe, she earns professional respect through deep technical debates. In the Middle East, she establishes credibility through essential face-to-face interactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She recalls a powerful moment in Saudi Arabia: <em>\u201cWhen a customer realized that through our continuously optimized <strong>EP Care system and Bluetooth APP<\/strong>, they could search technical files, customize parameters and solve complex issues independently, you could feel their confidence shift. We didn\u2019t just fix a truck; we empowered a team to solve future challenges themselves.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ep-equipment.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-2-1024x767.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37064\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The AI Revolution in Support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Innovation drives our growth and May played a critical role in building and improving the AI platform integrated in EP Care. Today, she leverages the <strong>AI Technician in the EP Care App<\/strong> to bridge the gaps of time and language. With support for 19 languages, customers in Latin America no longer wait overnight for answers. By using AI to handle routine inquiries, her team can focus on what matters most: complex problem-solving and continuous system improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Advice for the Next Generation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a woman in a technical field, May\u2019s message to those considering similar paths is practical and encouraging: <em>\u201cDon&#8217;t hesitate to get hands-on experience. Traveling to customer sites isn\u2019t a burden\u2014it\u2019s where you see real challenges and grow the fastest. Growth comes from curiosity and a willingness to learn, not from sitting behind a desk.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At EP Equipment, we don\u2019t just fix machines and answer questions; we proactively solve root causes &#8211; it&#8217;s delivering new service that empowers our customers to achieve more.
