Last week, EP Equipment welcomed more than 500 partners from over 70 countries to our Hubei factory for the 10th edition of the 11.11 Global Dealer Event – and our biggest celebration yet. In just two years, we’ve doubled the size of the event, and the response from our global community was incredible, to the point where we had to close registrations early. 

From a Bold Idea to a Global Movement 

When EP launched the industry’s first 11.11 event, the goal was simple but ambitious: bring partners together, share a vision for the future and turn innovation into reality. 

Since then, more than 1,000,000 EPT-ET series electric pallet trucks have been sold worldwide, helping businesses of all sizes work simpler, safer, and smarter. By 2020, EP accelerated the IC-to-electric transformation with the introduction of the EFL series. Our lithium technology has helped replace over 5 million traditional IC forklifts and driven remarkable growth across 500+ industries. 

In 2025, as a listed company, EP has entered a new phase: the era of Intelligent Material Handling under Industry 4.0. This year’s 11.11 event in Hubei was all about bringing that new era to life – not just on slides, but directly on the factory floor. 

Inside the Heart of EP: The Hubei Factory Experience 

For this year’s 11.11 our factory in Hubei opened its doors to welcome our partners. In our casting factory, guests were into the heart of our production and had the opportunity to experience live casting, remanufacturing and assembly lines from up close. 

Over two days, guests explored different areas of the Hubei site, from the high-tech production lines to our remanufacturing facilities. The scale of the factory left a strong impression – many partners were surprised by just how big, modern and dynamic the Hubei operation is. 

Guided tours gave a behind-the-scenes look at how EP transforms raw materials into advanced material handling solutions. This wasn’t just about machines and processes, but about the people and craftsmanship powering our mission to move from Material Handling to Material Moving. 

Unveiling the Future: EFL 4, Robotics and AI-Powered Automation 

This year’s 11.11 was also a major product and technology showcase. At the center of attention was the launch of the new EFL 4th generation, representing the next step in the IC-to-electric transition. Built for high performance, efficiency and operator comfort, the EFL 4 Series extends the legacy of the EFL series into a new generation of electric forklifts. 

Alongside the EFL 4, we revealed our next-generation intelligent robotics and AI-powered automation solutions. Guests discovered: 

  • 10 categories of autonomous robots – from stacking and towing to specialized applications. 
  • DAS – EP’s digital, AI-driven factory concept, where systems can think, learn and optimize. 
  • Digital intelligence tools such as telematics, fleet management platforms and AI-driven insights designed to make material moving more transparent and data-driven. 

And of course, innovation also meant power and capacity. Partners had the chance to test drive brand-new high-capacity trucks of up to 32 tons, feeling first-hand how EP is expanding its offering to meet the most demanding applications. 

Experiences That Brought the Community Together 

The 11.11 Global Dealer Event has always been more than a product launch – it’s a celebration of the people who make EP what it is and this year we created even more ways for partners to engage, compete and celebrate together. 

One of the highlights was the auction where the dealers could bid on: 

  • A mystery container 
  • 10 EFL 4 PRO trucks 
  • 10 rough terrain trucks  

The auction brought real energy to the stage, turning product into a shared experience and giving our partners a fun, memorable way to connect with EP’s latest solutions. 

During the event, we also took time to recognize some well deserved Dealer Awards: 

After an exciting first day, our guests enjoyed a festive dinner party at the Hubei factory. To finish the day, our dealers were surprised by a wonderful drone show that lit up the night sky. The choreography of light and motion mirrored our vision for the future: connected, intelligent and always moving forward. 

Day 2 started in the EP way with our iconic Bike Race. Teams from around the world jumped on two wheels to compete, laugh and cheer each other on. It was a fun, energetic way to start the day – and a reminder that we move faster when we move together. 

The momentum continued with the second part of the factory tour and hands-on product testing sessions. Partners could test-drive the trucks, experiment with new features, and experience for themselves how EP’s solutions are ready to transform their local markets. 

A Global Family Building the Future of Material Moving 

While the technology on display was impressive, the real power of 11.11 comes from the community behind it. Every conversation, question, idea, and piece of feedback shared in Hubei helps us shape the next steps for EP. 

Our partners are more than distributors – they are co-creators of the future of material moving. Their insights from over 70 countries ensure that our products and solutions are not only technologically advanced, but also practical, reliable and relevant to real-world needs.
