EP Featured in the STIQ AGV & AMR Robotics Report 2024

We are thrilled to share that our insights and expertise have been featured in this year’s STIQ 2024 AGV & AMR Robotics Report, a globally recognized publication that serves as a touchstone for innovation and trends in automation.

Published annually, the STIQ report is widely downloaded and shared by industry leaders and end users across the globe. Our inclusion in this report highlights our commitment to continuous innovation in intralogistics and making products that simply work.

Insights into Regional Automation Trends

In the article, we shared our observations on the distinct dynamics between different markets for automation, particularly Germany and Eastern Europe, with a spotlight on Poland. Here’s an excerpt from the report:

“Germany is the biggest market for automation. But you know what’s interesting? Eastern Europe. The biggest demand in robots we see is in Poland really because there are no people and the Polish people are creative. The German people seem to want full automation, they say, ‘let’s think about it, let’s make a project, let’s plan it properly.’ Polish people say, ‘wow €25 000, you know what let’s get started!’ And they just do it. They never phone me. They don’t need any training. They don’t need any explanation. They don’t need people to come over to just figure it out, and it runs. So they have a need because there’s no people and they are pragmatic and creative to get it running.”

This statement highlights the regional and operational contrasts between two critical markets for automation:

Another significant topic discussed in the report is the concentration of automation projects in specific industries:

Automation’s Role in Key Industries

“I would say 80% of the leads and the projects is indeed manufacturing, so automotive, home appliances, production, and assembly.”

This insight reflects the growing reliance on Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) to address labor shortages, improve efficiency, and meet production demands in high-volume industries.

Looking Ahead

We are thrilled to be mentioned in the STIQ 2024 Robotics Report, further reinforcing our position to continuously innovate in the market.

Our intralogistics solutions, such as the EXP15, the world’s first automatic pallet truck, which is an entry-level electric pallet truck for everyone, including a do-it-yourself 5-minute setup with just 5 buttons, and the XP15, the low-cost smart pallet truck offering different levels of navigation technology and switching between manual and autonomous modes, demonstrate our understanding of industry needs and straightforward automation.

As this report circulates globally, we are excited to see how these solutions inspire progress and drive further innovation in automated intralogistics solutions.
