In this application, motorbikes are moved on stillages from the production area to the packaging hall fully automatically. The system handles long hall-to-hall transport, delivering each stillage to the packaging zone where it is combined with others for final packing and shipment.

Once the drop-off is completed, the XP15 returns autonomously to the production area to collect the next stillage. This automated transport process covers long distances inside the facility, significantly reducing manual labor requirements for Triumph. It minimizes repetitive long-distance walking for operators and frees headcount for higher-value tasks, increasing both productivity and ergonomics.
