Automated Dense Box Stacking in Production Logistics
The XQE122 with USP and WMS automates the movement and dense storage of plastic boxes from inbound to storage and outbound. Using barcode data, the system automatically identifies each box, stores it in the correct block by part number, and manages FIFO to ensure the oldest goods are shipped first.
During idle periods, the XQE can also reorganize and shuffle boxes automatically, keeping storage optimized and preparing the right loads for fast outbound handling. The result is higher storage density, less manual handling, and a smoother, more efficient material flow.
