Five XP15 pallet trucks are used for inbound and cross-dock operation. After goods arrive, an operator scans the QR code on each pallet with a handheld scanner to identify the correct zip code area – there are over 200 destinations in total.

The XP15 trucks then bring the pallets to the right drop-off columns and return to the inbound area for the next load. This setup makes sorting faster and easier while reducing manual work for the whole team.
