Automated Cross Docking | Full Inbound - Outbound Logistics
Cainiao’s 18,000 m² Liège e-commerce hub uses AGVs to automate pallet transport between inbound, buffer storage, and outbound areas. The system handles up to 95 pallets per hour, with 8 AGVs in Phase 1 and 15 in Phase 2, supported by automatic charging.
Pallets are scanned via PDA, locations are assigned by the WMS/DAS, and the RCS automatically dispatches transport tasks to the AGVs. The solution supports 112 pickup locations, 1,138 storage locations, and an annual flow of approximately 180,000 pallets.
