The Situation

Managing empty and oversized pallets manually can be time-consuming and labor-intensive. By automating the transport process with a pallet truck, you can eliminate the need for employees to drive long distances across your warehouse.

Before

Employees manually pick up empty oversized pallets in the warehouse and drive them across two halls to the storage area, which takes about 6-7 minutes. This is a long and repetitive task that requires significant manual labor and time.

After

Employees place emtpy pallets at the starting point and press start to begin the task. The automatic pallet truck then takes over, running the long route across two halls to transport the pallets to storage, automatically dropping them off at a designated column before returning to the starting point. No manual driving is required.

Result

The task is completed much quicker, eliminating the need for employees to manually drive the pallet truck for 6-7 minutes. This reduces labor, allowing employees to focus on more valuable and productive tasks.
