Smart Transport for Parts and Goods
In this setup, automated pallet trucks takeover the transport of parts to production and assembly lines while also picking up finished goods.
Previously, operators used manual ride-on pallet trucks, loading and transporting materials across the warehouse before unloading and moving on to their next task—each trip taking more than five minutes.
Now, production lines call the warehouse team when parts are ready and what they need at what station. The operator loads the raw materials onto the automated pallet truck, which independently transports them to the destination. At the workstation, the operator unloads the materials, and the pallet truck returns to continue its route. This reduces waiting times, keeps production flowing, and improves overall efficiency.
