Cross Docking
High speed cooperation between operator and multiple pallet trucks.
Goods Ins, Goods Out
Cross docking or from inbound to warehouse. The operator unloads the lory with a ride on pallet truck, scans the pallet, sees the location on the screen and pushes the button to send off the pallet truck to that location.
The pallet truck drives of and after a while comes back empty. In the meantime, the operator jumps on the next truck which is already queuing up. This way unloading and transport is done simultaneously and the operator can operate multiple trucks at the same time.
The Situation
Effective cross docking depends on smooth teamwork between operators and pallet trucks. Operators work with the ride on pallet trucks to quickly and efficiently move goods from incoming to outgoing shipments.
Increased Speed
Automatic ride-on pallet trucks quickly transport goods between inbound and outbound areas, reducing delays and speeding up the cross docking process.
Reduced Labor Costs
By automating the movement of pallets, we minimize the need for manual labor, allowing operators to focus on other tasks and improving overall efficiency.
Improved Safety
The pallet trucks reduce the risk of accidents by minimizing human involvement in high-traffic areas, creating a safer environment for workers.
