DASP Order Picking System
Goods-to-Person & Small Parts Storage
DASP: Digital Autonomous System for Parts
The DASP System is a goods-to-person order picking solution. A standard module of 20,5m2 consists of maximum 1530 different articles placed in boxes. A mix can be made with different size of boxes. The DAS system controls the inventory, storage locations, location optimising and picking process.

Autonomous Picking + Transfer Robots

Application
Autnomous order picking firstly improves the efficiency in order picking. Additionally there is a better stock monitoring and warehouse rotation with real time visibiltiy. Automation is a failure free picking process, avoiding the extensive stock counting and correction procedures. Failure free pickig also assures reliable parts avialbility.
Furthermore the DAS system can continuously sort out dead stock, shuffle fast movers and further optimise warehouse locations.
The standardised modules make automation available for smaller and medium sized companies such as forklift dealer workshops with spare parst. The DASP system can work stand alone or be integrated in the existing WMS system.
Parts Picking
Picking can be done manually or by the Kangaroo picking robot. The robot is equiped with different tools to pick any article out of the box. The AI driven picking technology with GPU sensors provides a self learning flexible picking system.

Goods-to-Person Pallet Picking
Similarly, autonomous stackers can be used for picking from pallets. The XNA narrow aisle truck drops the pallet at the head of the rack, the order picker picks the goods from the pallet and the XNA truck brings back the pallet into storage.
Similarly, this can be done with an XQE122 for block storage of boxes with goods.
FAQs
What makes this different from a traditional order-picking setup?
Unlike manual or semi-automated systems, this solution combines autonomous robots with DAS control to automate both decision-making and physical execution.
How fast can the system be deployed?
Deployment typically takes 3–5 days, with no fixed infrastructure required beyond level floor conditions.
What kinds of materials is it designed for?
It’s ideal for small, multi-category, high-turnover SKUs such as spare parts, workshop materials, and production-side inventory.
Can it integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. DAS supports integration with ERP, WMS, MES, and WCS, enabling seamless digital connection to your current operations.
