High-Speed Cross Docking Operations
At Kuyae Logistics, around 3,500 pallets are shipped out every night. Incoming goods arrive at 10:00 PM, where they are manually unloaded and placed in designated inbound locations. From there, the XPL robots take over, automatically picking up the pallets and transporting them to the correct drop-off points in other warehouse zones.
The workflow is simple: pallets arrive from the left, the robots enter from the right. Once workers place the pallet in the starting position and press Start, the XPL moves the load to its destination zone. After completing the delivery, the robot returns empty completing a loop.
