EP Japan Opens a New Showroom In Tokyo. Established for the domestic sales and service network of EP products in Japan, EP Japan opened a showroom in Tokyo and a service center in Kanagawa in October 2020. The opening was attended by over 300 people from more than 80 companies, and considered a triumph for EP global presence during the Coronavirus pandemic.
While forklifts remain the mainstream equipment at logistics sites in Japan, various EP alternatives that offer better handling and improved productivity are currently available.
Such attractive EP products have been introduced and recognized for their superiority throughout the world. Hence this exhibit serves as a great opportunity to allow our Japanese customers to experience the same level of EP excellence.
Displaying the full range of our products and application solutions, this showroom is the optimum place for Japanese customers to better understand EP products, expand business opportunities and inspire innovation in market competition. This hands-on exhibit also offers a platform for active exploration and discussion for the industry’s hot topics.

Many Japanese customers were test driving EP trucks on site and many gave positive reviews for the remarkable performance. “The steering is amazing! This truck is easy to drive in a confined space. I’m sure our clients will become big fans of EP trucks” said one of the customers operating the order picker.
During the exhibition EP Japan has drawn great attention from the industry, had access to many new quality customers, learned their needs and suggestions first hand, and further deepened the service localization and technical innovation. EP Japan looks forward to brisk sales and continued success.
